“As Chief HR Officer, I deal with topics where I need a sparring partner who truly understands what’s at stake – from real experience, not from a textbook. That’s exactly what Christian offers. Our conversations are not conventional coaching sessions; they are genuine thinking partnerships: open, at eye level, and substantive. He brings decades of HR leadership experience – and it shows. I always come away with greater clarity and helpful new perspectives.”
Inner Clarity for Outer Effectiveness
Executive Coaching: Effective as a leader – and as a person
New perspectives and inner clarity in demanding situations
I work with leaders who want to find direction in challenging circumstances, sharpen their perspective, and become a more effective leader.
In a dialogue at eye level I offer you space for reflection and sustainable change. Grounded in my training as a Systemic Business Coach at Quadriga Hochschule Berlin and decades of experience as a senior executive and CHRO. The coaching process is structured and goal-oriented: patterns become visible, options tangible, and decisions clearer. The result is clarity, self-efficacy, and solutions that are aligned with your personality, your role, and the real possibilities within your system. This enables you to leverage your strengths, lead with impact, and act with greater confidence in complex environments. I am a member of dvct e.V. – the German Association for Coaching and Training.

How do we work together?
Transparency and clarity matter to me – in my work and in how we collaborate. Below you will find answers to the most common questions about my approach as an executive coach.
FAQ – Executive Coaching
Who is executive coaching designed for?
I work with board members, managing directors, CHROs, and executives who want to strengthen their personal effectiveness, develop their leadership role, and gain clarity and the ability to act in demanding situations. My offer is also aimed at leaders who are stepping into new leadership responsibilities or expanding their existing ones.
What are typical reasons for executive coaching?
Typical occasions include a new role or transition, complex leadership situations, personal effectiveness and leadership, organisational transformation, work-life integration and resilience, and career and development.
How does a coaching process work?
Coaching is a collaborative development process at eye level, with the goal of developing independent, and sustainable solutions. A process is shaped by the specific issue at hand and typically includes a minimum of six sessions of 90 to 120 minutes each.
What distinguishes coaching from consulting?
The coaching process centres on your perspective, your resources, and your options for action. In consulting, by contrast, I actively bring expertise, analysis, and recommendations. Both formats complement each other but remain clearly distinct.
What is not part of coaching?
Coaching is not a substitute for specialist, legal, or strategic consulting. Where concrete strategic or subject-matter expertise is needed, consulting is the better fit – which I also offer.
What does executive coaching cost?
Fees are agreed on the basis of an hourly rate, which I am happy to share upon request. One coaching hour comprises 60 minutes and includes the session itself as well as appropriate preparation and follow-up.
Where and how do we work together?
I work with clients across Germany – on-site, hybrid, or remote. My own office is based in the Hannover area.
How does the introductory call work?
The introductory call takes place as a complimentary video call and typically lasts 20 to 30 minutes. It is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to gain an initial understanding of your situation and goals.
